Loss to Love is inclusive and welcoming to ALL types of pregnancy loss (miscarriage and stillbirth), termination for medical reasons (TFMR), abortion, infant and child loss. All grief is valid here.

Here's a step-by-step guide to help you reset your password:

As you try to Log In, click on Forgot Password.

Enter your account's email address.

Check your email for a "Change my password" link.

Click the link or copy and paste it into your browser.

As you Set your account password, make sure to type your new password twice identically. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long.

Click on Save Password when you are done.

Now go back to the app and log in using your email and the new password.

If you received a promo code to start, you need to cancel this way:

If you began your membership by using a promotion code, you can cancel this by sending an email request to:

You Must Use This Email Subject Line:

"Cancel Membership, First Last Name, youremail@address.com"

You must send this cancellation email a minimum two days prior to the subscription renewal.

Open the Settings app

Tap Your Name on the top

Tap Subscriptions

Tap the subscription that you want to manage.

Tap Cancel Subscription (If you don't see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.)

If you purchased via the Google PlayStore, you can follow these steps to cancel:

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store

At the top right, tap the profile icon

Tap Payments & Subscriptions

Tap on Subscriptions

Select the subscription you want to cancel

Tap Cancel subscription

There are four main tabs, or sections, that make up the app.

Discover Tab - Check out this page to get to know the different plans available.

Support Tab - This is the real meat of the app; a spot to access the monthly events calendar, monthly support group calendar and all the resources, blogs, directories and archived video and audio content.

Community Tab - This is the in-app chat room area. Connect with others in the club and get answers to your questions or help others who come into this loss club after you. Create friendships and get to know others who've endured similar losses like you.

Profile Tab - Access information about your account. If you encounter any app glitches, remember to share a screenshot of this page so we can help you out.
